Hakan Çapkan

The artist completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin, studied at Çukurova University, Faculty of Education, Art Education Graphic Department between 1998-2002. He started working as a visual arts teacher at the Ministry of National Education in 2002. He worked as a children's book illustrator in the ‘Renkli Kafalar’ illustration team. The artist emphasizing the nature-city-human relations in her drawings, presents his works describing the effects of buildings on people in social turmoil, as well as their longing for nature, to art lovers. He participated in many group exhibitions at home and abroad.
