Nini Önözden

She completed her primary and secondary education in Germany and returned to Turkey in 1984. She completed her Bachelor's degree in the Department of Painting at Çukurova University Faculty of Education in 1992 and her Master's degree in 1998. Between 2005 and 2017, she taught at the Faculty of Education, Çukurova University. Between 1999 and 2022, she served as a Painting Teacher and Head of the Visual Arts Department at Adana Gündoğdu Schools. She continued her role as the Director of Gündoğdu Art Gallery, established in 2016, until 2022, which is affiliated with the Gündoğdu Foundation. In cooperation with the Goethe Institute, she initiated and continues to offer German language learning programs through drama and painting both domestically and internationally with the project "German Language Education through Drama Method" in South Korea.

Nini S. Önözden continues her work in her studio in Adana.
