Martin Heidegger's Bodenständigkeit “groundedness/autochthony” theory is the existentialist concept around rising out of earth in which we are rooted.

In light of all these, we must allow gravity to raise us out with our roots of the earth in order to bloom.

Art is the strongest influence that provides us to forge a connection between body and soul by touching the roots with the balance of gravity.The healing of art is one of the keys of this theory.
